Our Book: Effective Advocacy: A Lawyer’s Guide to Winning Writing Techniques

Ihave just signed a contract with the American Bar Association to publish my book, Effective Advocacy: A Lawyer’s Guide to Winning Writing Techniques. The book is based on my many years of experience coaching lawyers in challenging private practices and is organized in a read-as-you-write framework. The book includes a section on common usage, grammar and punctuation questions so that your lawyers do not need to refer to other usage guides, as well as a chapter on transactional writing by Ilissa Povich. (Until publication, we will provide your attorneys with the self-published version of the book.)

Your attorneys will also receive a one-page reference summarizing the most important rules of effective writing, Effective Advocacy in a Nutshell.
